Software & Browser Requirements
The following operating systems and browsers are compatible with U.S. Bank Web pages and Web-based applications:
- Microsoft 7 & higher
- Mac OS X 10.x
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer 9.0 and higher
- Firefox 10.0 and higher
- Google Chrome 21.0 and higher
- Safari 5.0 and higher
For customers using Internet Explorer 8.0 and below or any version of Netscape, you will be required to upgrade your browser in order to logon to Online Banking. This is to protect the security of your banking information
Find Your Current Software
To find your current software, select 'Help' located on your browser toolbar. Then select the 'About...' option.
Opening and Saving PDFs
To open and save portable document format (PDF) files, you must install the U.S. Bank Web pages and Web-based applications support Adobe Reader versions 8.0 and higher.

For customers who are currently using an unsupported browser version and are unable to upgrade, you can still access online banking with the U.S. Bank Mobile App or go to usbank.com from your mobile device and login
